Daleep is a consummate healthcare industry professional with nearly two decades of experience across brand and agency sides of the business. Starting his career as a professional services officer with Dr Reddy’s India, he worked as a territory manager with Elly Lili and as an Account Director with Indegene Lifesystems before foraying into advertising with McCann Health, the largest healthcare ad agency in India.

As a Senior VP and Country Head at MH India, he transformed a team of 80 people into not only a high-performing business unit but also a creative powerhouse. He won some of the most prestigious businesses and awards for McCann Worldgroup. He left McCann to start Doceree, a programmatic ad exchange for physician advertising. At Doceree, he set up India and the US offices and worked to create large-scale partnerships with top management of pharmaceutical companies, medical publishers, and media and creative agencies. 

Currently, he is the CEO of DocIntosh, a gated professional networking community for Physicians where they can share, learn, post, discuss and earn. He is leading a team of technologists, product managers, digital marketing experts and social media consultants, who understand Physicians’ digital behaviour and create digital engagements for Pharmaceutical and Healthcare brands to help them build more intimate relationships with their targeted Physicians. Daleep is not just responsible for platform development, but also for P& L, business targets, employee engagement, financial discipline and much more.
